Contact forms
The Overlogix website contains a contact form at https://overlogix.com/contact-us/. Visitors may choose to send us a message using that form. Please be advised that we are not in the business of harvesting contact data, selling it, nor sharing it. Our policy is to reply once to contacts from that form that appear legitimate. If a legitimate business conversation develops as a result, then we retain name and email address data, so long as the recipient consents, and a business relationship continues to develop. In all other cases, we do not retain name nor email address information. In a rare minority of cases, we may block contacts from an individual or organization using name and email information. Once blocked, the data is retained only to prevent subsequent contact, and is not used for any other purpose. Barring legally valid subpoenas issued by a government agency with enforceable jurisdiction, under no other circumstances will we transmit, give, rent nor sell user data to any third parties.
Cookies
At the time of this writing, December 2023, no memberships are offered, logins to our website are not possible, and so cookies do not matter to us. We don’t want to know, and don’t collect nor analyze such data.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. We cannot be responsible for, and do not accept responsibility nor liability for the actions of third-party websites.
